1 can of sweetened condensed milk (no...you should not use low fat!)
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor
My only advice...do not use yellow snow...it doesn't taste the same. ;-)

SNOW DAY!!!
More like a snow week! I made snow ice cream for my first time...EVER! How and why did I not know about this before now?!?!
